Orders & Fulfillment

Tiny Glimmers products are created using customer-submitted photos and notes. Fulfillment begins only after all required information has been submitted through our upload form.

User Content & Photo Rights

By uploading photos, messages, or other materials (“User Content”), you confirm that:

• You own the content or have permission to submit it

• Your content does not violate any third-party rights, including copyright or privacy

 

You grant Tiny Glimmers a limited license to use your User Content only as necessary to produce and deliver your order.

 

Tiny Glimmers does not claim ownership of your photos and will not use them for promotional purposes without separate consent.

 

We reserve the right to decline fulfillment of content that is unlawful, offensive, or violates these terms.

 

Customer Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that all uploaded information (photos, notes, addresses) is accurate. Tiny Glimmers is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect submissions.
