Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because Tiny Glimmers products are custom and made specifically for each recipient, our refund policy is limited.

 

Refunds

Once photos and notes have been submitted, your order is considered in production and is non-refundable.

We do not offer refunds for:

• Change of mind

• Delays caused by incomplete or incorrect submissions

• Minor variations inherent in custom printing

 

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order before submitting your photos and notes, please contact us as soon as possible at team@tinyglimmerphotos.com. We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests prior to production.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will work with you to make it right.
